SPECIALS
SOME MYSTERIES
DESERVE THEIR
OWN EDITION.
Our Specials give distinctive themes a Black Box of their own. Each begins with an idea we follow through to the smallest detail: from the selected picture to the packaging and the little touches that define an edition.
The BLACK BOX PUZZLE principle stays the same. You know the world you are approaching. You discover the complete picture only as you put it together.

RARE.
DISTINCTIVE
BY DESIGN.
New Specials do not follow an annual schedule. Several years may pass between releases. We take the time to develop a theme and give it a visual identity of its own.
The packaging is part of that idea. It sets the tone and hints at the atmosphere while the picture remains hidden. Depending on the theme, future editions may feature special materials, finishes or additional details. Each Special receives the features that fit its idea.
CHRISTMAS SPECIAL 2026
IN PREPARATION
A FAMILIAR HOLIDAY.
A PICTURE YOU
HAVE YET TO DISCOVER.
The planned Christmas Special 2026 brings together anticipation of the holidays and the discovery of a Black Box. Its dedicated packaging sets a festive tone. The scene within reveals itself piece by piece.
For time together, a quiet moment during the holidays, or a gift whose full surprise is still a mystery to the giver.

WHAT MIGHT
COME NEXT.
The world of Specials extends beyond Christmas. Further themed editions and selected licensing projects are being planned. They may open up new visual worlds and bring their own stories and design ideas to BLACK BOX PUZZLE.
We will share which one takes shape next when the time is right. There is room for a little anticipation.
